Shirley Chen is the founder of Brew & Blossom, a small-batch Chinese tea brand focused on direct sourcing and tea education. With an M.S. in Tea Science, she works closely with family makers and trusted growers in China to curate seasonal teas that highlight origin, cultivar, and craftsmanship. Shirley is currently completing the UK Tea Academy (UKTA) Tea Specialist program and enjoys translating tea science and production details into approachable, hands-on tasting experiences. Her goal is to help both beginners and enthusiasts taste with confidence and connect what’s in the cup to the place and people behind it.
