Founded by tea science graduate Shirley Chen, the brand works directly with family tea makers and partner growers in China to share teas with clear provenance and distinctive character.
Festival attendees can explore a curated lineup of Chinese loose-leaf teas and learn how factors like cultivar, harvest season, and processing shape aroma and taste.
