Brett Boynton was a tea seller, tea caterer, and tea educator in Seattle from 2001 to 2015. He has been to Taiwan seven times to study Chinese and Taiwanese tea culture and oolong production. These day Brett is a cook and ukulele teacher but he remains a devoted tea ambassador and frequent Northwest Tea Festival presenter.
