An active tea student since 2007, Eric's been through many phases. From Chinese Wulongs to Aged Taiwanese Oolongs to Anhua Heicha to Korean Balhyocha and back around quite a few times. Using boiling water for all tea and utilizing the shape and clay of teaware are just 2 tea hobbies of his. Intuitive brewing being his processes and Cha Qi his goal, come sip with him.
