Presentations & Workshops

We invite you to submit a proposal as a stage presenter or a workshop leader. The proposal period is now open, and the Programming Committee will complete the 2026 programming roster and agenda in July.

The primary mission of the tea festival is to connect people and enrich lives through tea by providing a diverse range of educational presentations, classes, and experiences.

Stage presentations and workshops will be 30 minutes long. Stage presentations can accommodate up to 100 attendees. Workshops will be limited to 30 participants. We will provide audio/visual equipment as well as some equipment needs.

Our plan is to provide a range of offerings for the beginner to the advanced tea lover. History, geography, legends, cultivation and processing, as well as other scientific topics are all welcome.

Please submit your proposal using the online form below. Our Programming Committee looks forward to reading and evaluating your submission. The deadline for applications is July 8, 2026. Your proposal will be evaluated by the committee and the final program will be announced in July. You are welcome to submit multiple proposals, but only one presentation or workshop will be approved for each person or company.

Presenters and workshop leaders will receive a $200 stipend.
